Non-Binding Submissions: Any online submission of an inquiry form requesting a free vending machine placement on our Site does not constitute a binding contract or a formal delivery obligation.
Separate Signed Contracts: Final agreements regarding physical machine installation, tailored menu profiles (beverages, snacks, faith-aligned or cultural items), structural placement layouts, and routine maintenance schedules are subject to a separate, physically signed Vending Machine Location Placement Agreement between Sukoon Vendr and the authorized venue manager or property owner.
Right of Refusal: We retain the absolute right to decline machine placement, delivery, or servicing at any specific location or facility for any reason.
When interacting with physical Sukoon Vendr automated equipment at any commercial venue or communal space:
Intended Use Only: Users must operate the electronic touchscreens, payment terminals, and delivery bins exactly as intended.
Prohibition of Misconduct: Shaking, rocking, physically striking, vandalizing, or attempting to breach the physical machine chassis to access inventory without completing a transaction is strictly prohibited. All instances of tampering or criminal damage will be fully prosecuted under California law.
Liability Exclusion: Sukoon Vendr is not legally responsible for any personal injury, financial harm, or property damage resulting from the misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized physical handling of our vending equipment.
For food, beverage, or cultural products purchased directly from a physical Sukoon Vendr machine:
Final Sales: All retail sales are final once a snack, drink, or item is successfully dispensed into the terminal drop bin by the machine mechanism.
Reporting Errors: If a machine malfunctions (e.g., misfeeds a product row, fails to drop an item, or experiences a payment reader error), users must report the issue within forty-eight (48) hours. Reports must be made via our contact email or the service phone number clearly displayed on the physical machine sticker.
Resolution: Verified technical malfunctions will be resolved via a digital refund transaction, mobile credit, or product voucher at our sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our digital platform and our physical vending services are provided entirely on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
